PAYMENT

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses Shopify Payments or PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Shopify or PayPal. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club which adds another layer of protection. So all in, your order and your information is super secure!

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

We offer standard shipping world-wide. The shipping price ranges from a flat-fee (if the product has a special sale) to FREE for non-sales event items.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our shipping times are us follows.

    • For the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska): you should receive your order within 5-7 business days of placing it.
    • For everywhere else: you should receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. 

    We are a small, independent company so these are guidelines not hard and fast rules! Just contact us if you need an update estimated time of arrival for your order.

      What is this store's exchange policy?

      FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 5 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

      Please note, any product which has intimate/health usage (shape-wear, exfoliators) are not covered due to hygiene concerns.

      We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.

      My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

      If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since you have placed your order, just email us with your order number at one@theoneluxe.com and we will start checking it ASAP.
